John is a Vice President in Hottle Valuation Services and General Certified Appraiser in numerous states. He has more than twenty years of professional appraisal experience and has appraised numerous types of real estate, including: office buildings, medical offices, retail buildings and centers, industrial and manufacturing buildings, vacant land and subdivisions, special-use properties, convenience stores, and restaurants on a local and national basis.
John is also responsible for the network administration for the entire company. He maintains a multisite VPN, several databases, security, and a continuity of business plan.
John attended Lindenwood University in pursuit of his Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration. He received his MAI designation in 2015 and AI-GRS designation in 2019 and is currently compliant with all of the continuing education and ethics requirements from the appraisal institute. He has completed numerous appraisal courses.
