Steven is a Vice President at Hottle Valuation Services and a Certified General Appraiser in numerous states. He has more than 20 years of professional appraisal experience and has appraised many types of real estate, with an emphasis on industrial properties. These assignments have property sizes ranging from as little as several thousand square feet to 2,000,000 square feet. Other properties he has appraised include office buildings, retail buildings and centers, vacant land, various special-use properties and net lease properties on a local and national basis.
Steve also performs and specializes in retrospective valuations on commercial properties for tax appeal purposes. Appraisal types include, but are not limited to, industrial, retail and office properties.
He is also responsible for maintaining and improving Hottle Valuation Services internal sales and rental database, which helps provide a quality product for our clients.
Steve received an Arts degree at St. Louis Community College in 2006.
