Founder John C. Hottle Sr. offers his clients the benefit of decades of expertise, and holds a Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation, the most acclaimed designation in the industry.

To ensure a continuing legacy of excellence in service, John Hottle Jr., has recently received his MAI designation, and the other Hottle family partners, Leslie Miller and Steve Hottle, are also pursuing this designation.

Together, our principals hold licenses in Missouri, Illinois, and various other states, and we have conducted appraisals throughout most of the continental United States. Hottle Valuation Services currently provides services in many states on an annual basis.
