Scott Marth is an appraiser trainee at Hottle Valuation Services. He has been apprenticing with John C. Hottle Sr. since 2011 and has helped to value many types of commercial properties, including single- and multi-tenant office buildings, single- and multi-tenant industrial buildings, retail buildings and shopping centers, apartment buildings and vacant land.
Scott was a software developer for more than 20 years before beginning a new career in real estate, and he has utilized his IT abilities to assist with the Hottle Valuation Services website, property database and report templates.
Scott is working towards his General Appraiser Certification.
