Teresa has been in the appraisal industry since 2001. She began her career at an independent appraisal firm, where she worked for four years as a residential appraiser. In 2005, she joined the St. Charles County Assessor’s office as a residential review appraiser; this position offered experience in mass appraisals and tax appeals with the Board of Equalization and State Tax Commission. Teresa joined Hottle Valuation Services in 2011 as a commercial appraiser and received her General Certification in April 2015. Teresa has also acted and is qualified as an expert witness. She has testified in the St. Louis County Court of Appeals.
