Jeff Schneider has been in the real estate appraisal industry since the early 2000s, and he’s been a real estate broker since the early 1990s. In the course of his career, Jeff has appraised all forms of real estate common to the general market, with specific emphasis on land and subdivisions, multi-family projects, retail shopping centers, office buildings, convenience stores and restaurants. He has also acted as an expert witness, testifying in the St. Louis County courts. Many of Jeff’s past appraisal assignments have been within the general St. Louis Metropolitan area, but he occasionally performs appraisals throughout the state.
Jeff has achieved more than 400 hours of continuing education between 1993 this writing, in 2015. Classes include USPAP, Principles and Procedures, Standards of Professional Practice, Case Studies, Income Capitalization Class Part 1 and Part 2, Sales Comparison Approach and Ethics. In addition, Jeff has completed How to Recognize and Avoid Mortgage Fraud, Exploring Appraiser Liability and Appraising Complex Properties.
