John C. Hottle Sr., MAI, SRA, RM has been in the real estate appraisal industry since the early 1970s, either with his own company or as a partner. He has appraised all forms of real estate common to the general market, with substantial involvement in franchise restaurants, convenience stores and net lease properties on a national level. His experience with other commercial properties include apartments, shopping centers, free-standing buildings, industrial facilities, office buildings, vacant land, and special purpose properties. He has appeared as an expert witness and has testified in city, county, state and federal courts. Through his guidance, the firm has become the leader in real estate tax appeal appraisals by providing this service to individuals and all the largest firms operating in this field.
